Welcome to Turingo. Turingo is operated by Kodea ("we", "our", "us"), with a registered address at Szlak 65/204, Kraków, Poland.
By accessing or using our website or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Description of the Service
Turingo allows users to:
- Select files from Google Docs.
- Analyze revision history and writing patterns.
- View reports indicating the probability of AI-generated content.
The Service provides analytical assistance only and does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure.
- All activity occurring under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you submit ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant Turingo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell your documents or make them available to third parties for their independent commercial use.
We may use documents, revision history data, and related metadata submitted to the Service to develop, train, test, improve, and optimize Turingo's detection algorithms, models, and related technologies, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
You may opt out of this model-improvement use at any time by emailing support@turingo.net.
Where reasonably possible, we use such data in aggregated and/or anonymized form. We will not use your documents to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
6. Usage Rules
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Usage Policy, available at /usage-policy.
7. Accuracy Disclaimer
Turingo provides analysis based on document revision history and behavioral indicators.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the origin of detected edits is non-human. Results should be interpreted as indicators rather than definitive proof.
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken in reliance on the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
