We may use documents, revision history data, and related metadata submitted to the Service to develop, train, test, improve, and optimize Turingo's detection algorithms, models, and related technologies, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
You may opt out of this model-improvement use at any time by emailing support@turingo.net.
Where reasonably possible, we use such data in aggregated and/or anonymized form. We will not use your documents to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Usage Policy, available at /usage-policy.
Turingo provides analysis based on document revision history and behavioral indicators.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the origin of detected edits is non-human. Results should be interpreted as indicators rather than definitive proof.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
