Usage Policy

This Usage Policy describes prohibited and restricted uses of Turingo. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

1. Lawful Use Only

You must not use the Service to:

• Upload, submit, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing.
• Access, analyze, or process documents or data without lawful right, authorization, or required consent.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical purposes.

2. Security and Platform Integrity

You must not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, infrastructure, servers, or security systems.
• Attempt to bypass safeguards, scrape data at scale, or abuse APIs and automation in ways that degrade the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, algorithms, models, or underlying structure of the Service except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

3. Misuse and Harm Prevention

You must not use the Service for:

• Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or coercion.
• Surveillance, monitoring, or profiling of individuals without knowledge or legally required consent.
• Any use that violates third-party terms, including Google Workspace or Google Docs terms.

4. Access and Resale Restrictions

• Do not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties unless expressly permitted by your plan or by our prior written consent.
• Your subscription is personal to you (or your organization) and may not be shared beyond allowed plan limits.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service where misuse is detected.
